Natasha possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy from McGill University. She has always been fascinated with the inner workings of the body, and through further study in yoga and the holistic, she has expanded her foundation of knowledge beyond the just the physical body and into areas of the energetic & subtle bodies as well.
Natasha has over 15 years’ experience in yoga. She is a YOGAFIT certified instructor as well as a 200h Ashtanga Yoga Alliance certified teacher who studied under Shankara Darby and Rozel Gonzales. She has also recently received certification in a 40h Yin Yoga teacher training with Melanie Richards.
Having gained these skills, Natasha is well-suited to offering a well-rounded approach to her classes. Believing strongly in the countless benefits stemming from the nurturing of balance between mind and body, her classes empower students to incorporate health and rejuvenation into all aspects of their being, leaving their bodies more fit and their minds more calm, tranquil and beautifully refreshed!
