Naturopathy

Optimize your health

Naturopathy takes its name from the English words “nature” and “path”, meaning the “path of nature”. It is one of the components of science and alternative medicine,  and it consists above all in educating and making people aware of a healthy lifestyle.

Our naturopaths works with you by focusing on some of the causes of health problems that may be part of your lifestyle: diet, restful sleep, physical exercise, stress management, water and air.

They analyze your natural health factors in order to provide you with a complete plan. Each plan is personalized including recommendations on several lifestyle habits, advice on natural products when needed, grocery list, guide to vitamins, minerals and trace elements, food combinations and associations, consistency techniques, etc.

Our naturopaths can help several health problems such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, constipation, diabetes, menstrual disorders, hepatic steatosis, anemia, tachycardia, joint pain, muscle cramps, asthma, eczema, insomnia, anxiety, nutritional deficiencies, etc.Insurance receipts provided.

Our nutritional consultations can be done in person at our studio or via zoom. Links to be provided upon registration. Credit card information must be provided before consultation.
