Yoga for body and mind

At Energie EnCorps, our goal is to teach you traditional yoga, guiding you to calm the mind by focusing on the body and breath. While building strength, flexibility, and resilience are benefits, the true purpose of yoga is to calm the fluctuations of the mind.  As a yoga teacher training school, all of our instructors are trained in-house in the Ashtanga tradition, teaching not only physical postures, but as well, philosophy, breathwork, and meditation.

We offer classes for all levels, from traditional Ashtanga to Gentle Yoga. No matter the class, our philosophy remains the same: yoga is about the journey, focus, and awareness of how we use our energy. Our skilled teachers, led by owner Rozel Gonzales, are dedicated to sharing the practice of  Ashtanga yoga in an accessible way, providing individualized support and hands-on adjustments, and continually learning from respected yoga masters worldwide.

Mysore Yoga

Experience the traditional teaching method of Ashtanga yoga practice, learning each pose step-by-step in a mindful, supportive environment. In our Mysore-style classes, you’ll receive one-on-one instruction and personalized guidance as you progress at your own pace, deepening your breathwork and flow.

This meditative approach allows you to practice mindfully and individually while being supported by the energy of the group .

EnergieFLO

Our signature EnergieFLO class combines the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga with drills and skills designed to build strength and open the body. This flowing vinyasa practice maintains a strong connection between breath and movement, helping to quiet the mind and enhance clarity, leading to a state of calmness. While you’ll experience improved strength, flexibility, and balance, the true gifts of this practice extend beyond the mat, fostering patience, mental resilience, determination, and focus in your daily life.

PranaFLO

Experience a slower-paced class that emphasizes the fundamentals of vinyasa flow, blending breath with movement. This gentle approach to Ashtanga focuses on a soothing flow of postures, with an emphasis on breathwork (Prana), visualization, and self-healing. Designed to enhance the flow of Prana, this practice promotes emotional balance and openness in body, mind, and spirit, creating a mini-retreat experience for practitioners of all levels.

HarmonyFLO

Discover the perfect blend of Yin and Yang in our yoga class, where dynamic, heat-building fundamental Ashtanga vinyasa postures meet the long-held, soothing poses of Yin. This class combines energetic Yang sequences, which build strength, with calming Yin postures that promote patience and stillness. Explore the harmony of fire and ice, fostering balance between active and passive styles. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this practice enhances flexibility, releases tension, and cultivates equilibrium both on and off the mat

Breath and Bliss

Discover tranquility in our "Breath and Bliss" yoga class, where the art of breath, meditation, and gentle movement intertwine. In this class learn how to use your breath to quiet the fluctuations of the mind, setting the stage for mindfulness and meditation. Discover traditional breathing techniques, called pranayama, to balance the body and mind. Each class will include 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation, followed by a gentle flowing and accessible Ashtanga vinyasa sequence accessible to all levels. Beginners welcome!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a total body practice that emphasizes stretching, breathing, and relaxation while moving the spine in all directions. This approach strengthens the body in a gentle and accessible manner, enhancing your range of motion and promoting overall well-being. You'll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, making this class perfect for beginners and suitable for all levels. Level: All levels

Gentle Yoga + Roll

Gentle Yoga and Roll, a total body practice that combines gentle yoga with soothing self-massage and relaxation techniques. This class focuses on stretching, breathing, and moving the spine in all directions, strengthening the body in a gentle and accessible way while enhancing your range of motion. You'll also learn to use Yoga Tune Up massage balls to roll out tension, promote circulation, and deepen your relaxation.
