Breath and Bandha: The Art of Pranayama

Breath and Bandha: The Art of Pranayama
With Rozel Gonzales

This workshop is an introduction to the practice of pranayama, the yogic art of breathwork. We will explore foundational techniques such as Kapalabhati, Nadi Shuddhi, Nadi Shodhana, and digital counting, giving you a practical toolkit to begin your own self-practice.

Approaching pranayama much like asana, we will break down each technique, build it up step by step, and explore ways to refine it over years of practice. While this workshop only scratches the surface, it provides a solid foundation for deepening your understanding of the breath and its role in yoga.

Ideal for yoga practitioners, teachers, or anyone interested in exploring breathwork, this course offers a holistic approach rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga, connecting philosophy, anatomy, and technique for a complete practice experience.
