BACK TO LIFE: Yoga Ball Workshop for Flexibility & Mobility

Mimi Martel returns to Montreal after 3 years!

The Yoga Balls workshop for your back is specially designed to kick pain to the curb, release tension, and improve your posture. It's perfect for those who sit, slouch or are stuck in repetitive positions that can lead to chronic pain in the back, hips, and neck.

Come learn how to unblock, loosen, and relieve the muscles that you overuse (like your lower back, hip flexors [especially your psoas], and spine and neck erector muscles) so you can better reinforce, support, and stabilize your joints (spine and pelvis). This workshop will give you lots of relaxation and a deep massage effect, in addition to providing you with a range of simple and effective exercises to do at home.
