This Yoga F(X) Anatomy workshop for the hips is perfect for addressing the many hours spent sitting each day, improving your flexibility and posture. You will gain a better understanding of the causes that can lead to a loss of mobility and tension in the pelvic region. In addition, you will discover a multitude of simple and effective tips and techniques that you can use immediately in your daily life to relieve or reduce the risk of injuries such as sciatic nerve, bursitis, tendinitis, tensions in the sacroiliac, problems in the pelvic floor, knee pain and lower back pain, etc. Come and learn how to unlock, loosen and release your muscles to better strengthen, support, and stabilize your pelvis and legs.

This workshop is open to everyone (beginners included). No prior yoga experience is required. Book early as spots are limited.

This workshop will be in French. The teacher is bilingual so questions and discussions can be in both languages.

About Mimi Martel:
Mireille (Mimi) Martel is the co-founder of the Yogami yoga and movement training school, creator of Yoga F(x), and a teacher trainer for Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® (yoga balls) methods.  Driven by a deep desire to help others take control of their health, Mireille chose to study extensively biomechanics and human physiology. She was the first in Quebec and third in Canada to be certified as an integrated Yoga Tune UpMD teacher. She also holds her Yoga Alliance certifications in Hatha and Yin yoga, as well as multiple national and international certifications in therapeutic yoga (myofascial release/yoga balls, wall yoga, Iyengar yoga, etc.).
