Change is a certainty in life. From one moment to the next, everything changes – thoughts, emotions, and circumstances at home, work, and play. Our bodies store the stress of daily living in our bones, tissues, and cells. Our minds focus on worry and overthinking. Our inner spirit and sense of self-worth sometimes gets lost.
Our personal energy field, generated by the vibrational music of our bodies, needs recalibration to adapt to the flow of constant change. Otherwise, we lose our balance. Chakras fall out of alignment. When stressful situations arise, to move ahead, we need to relieve stress to recover our balance.
Gongs have powerful universal vibrations that shake things up, while Tibetan bowls and chimes have a gentle harmonic resonance that helps to fit the puzzle pieces of life back together. During this session, each person will have an opportunity to stand before the gong to feel stress-relieving vibrations. This combination of sound-healing instruments will help you to refocus your energy on your own worth.
