A total body muscular conditioning class for all levels. Build strength and endurance in your body and in your mind in this fun, functional fitness class to the beat of the music. Please bring your yoga mat!

HIIT Express

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique that involves intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Modifications will be provided for all levels of fitness. Please bring your yoga mat!

Level: Intermediate - Advanced

Pilates

This class uses various props. Toning balls, fitness circles, resistance balls, stability balls are all great tools to enhance your pilates routine. Props add variety and may be used to assist in an exercise or make it more challenging. These tools add resistance while the Pilates principles remain the same. Suitable for clients who have mastered essential mat work and are able to respond quickly and fluidly to cues.
