Barre Pilates

Barre Pilates is a ballet-inspired super-energizing, whole-body workout that’s great for everyone, from beginners to pros. Each class is meant to build alignment, strengthen your core, and tone and elongate muscles. And... guess what, it just got better! We are adding 15 minutes of pure pilates work at the end of the class to get your core strong! Barre Pilates for a strong, long, and graceful body!

Essentrics

Essentrics is a training session that quickly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching. This technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles creating immediate change in your posture. Level: All levels

Pilates

This class uses various props. Toning balls, fitness circles, resistance balls, stability balls are all great tools to enhance your pilates routine. Props add variety and may be used to assist in an exercise or make it more challenging. These tools add resistance while the Pilates principles remain the same. Suitable for clients who have mastered essential mat work and are able to respond quickly and fluidly to cues.

Booty Burn

Booty Burn is a transformative fitness class designed to sculpt and strengthen your core and lower body. Set to music, this dynamic session incorporates a variety of studio equipment, including bands, weights, gliders, and more. Squat, lunge, pliez and plyo your way through targeted exercises, focusing on toning your abdominals, obliques, back, and, of course, your booty! Experience the rhythm, embrace the burn, and leave feeling empowered and sculpted.

Sculpt and Shine

Sculpt and Shine, is a class that's more than fitness—it's about your inner glow. All levels are welcome in our friendly and fun atmosphere. We exercise to energizing music, delivering a total body workout that focuses on technique, functional training, and balance using light weights, elastic bands, balls, and bodyweight exercises. You'll sweat, shine, and glow as you sculpt and tone every inch of your body, complemented by gentle stretching and mindfulness exercises for flexibility and stress relief. Personalized modifications to support your journey to become more toned, energized, and balanced inside and out.
