Elisa Saxe has always had a passion for fitness. At a young age she was a competitive dancer dancing contemporary, hip hop, jazz and tap dance. She then fell in love with teaching her dance techniques to children and adults of all ages. Elisa also had a passion for the boxing world and learning various ways to self defence. It wasn’t until her late teens that she found a connection with fitness training. She developed a love and passion for building her body and learning all insides and outs of nutrition. Elisa has 11 years of personal training experience. She received her group training certificate (YMCA) and is F.I.T.T. certified. Elisa is currently studying kinesiology at McGill University. Changing peoples lives is Elisa’s mantra, to share the love of creating the best version of you there is.
