Dana Zagoritis

Dana teaches a variety of fitness classes, including Strength HIIT, Body Sculpting, Stability Ball Exercises, and Pilates Strength Workouts.

She holds a certification as a Personal Trainer, is CPR-AED certified, and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. With many years of experience as a group fitness instructor, Dana has worked at gyms and taught fitness classes in corporate settings.

Dana absolutely loves being a group fitness instructor and is dedicated to helping participants achieve their fitness goals. She strongly believes in providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Her approach is passionate, motivated, and energetic!
