Chair Yoga is a specially adapted form of yoga that offers seniors, adults with mobility challenges, and caretakers a safe and accessible way to stretch, move, and relax—without needing to get on the floor. Each movement is performed using a sturdy chair for support, promoting strength, balance, and mental clarity.

6-Week Chair Yoga Series Details

  • When: Fridays – April 11, 18, 25, & May 2, 9, 16, 2025

  • Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

  • Where: Fully wheelchair-accessible location with elevator access

  • Cost:

    • $150 + taxes for full 6-week series

    • $30 + taxes for drop-in sessions

Cancellations accepted up to 14 days prior to the series start date for a full refund minus 10%. No refunds within 7 days of start.

Anne, M.Ed., E-RYT-500, is a Chair Yoga expert with over four decades of experience teaching yoga. She specializes in adaptive yoga for seniors and those facing neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic brain injuries, or physical limitations. With warmth and clinical expertise, Anne brings chair yoga to life in a way that’s inclusive and empowering.
