Energie EnCorps is happy to provide its clients with personal training services. While personal training allows you to build muscular strength it allows help to build inner confidence …which is what in our opinion matters the most!

Personal training at Energie EnCorps is all about functional fitness, teaching you proper alignment, breathing, and techniques for getting stronger.  No big machinery is required for functional fitness plans.

Booking and cancelation policies
  • Appointments must be booked ahead of time via the Energie EnCorps app, the website or via phone (514) 505-9642
  • Appointment cancellations and re-bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Credit card information will be collected at the time of the booking.
  • Credit cards will only be charged if clients do not show for their appointment or do not cancel 24 hours in advance.
  • Two days before your appointment, you will receive an email or a text asking you to confirm your attendance. 
  • Any appointments that remain unconfirmed will be canceled.

Elisa also had a passion for the boxing world and learning various ways to self defence. It wasn’t until her late teens that she found a connection with fitness training. She developed a love and passion for building her body and learning all insides and outs of nutrition.

Ema is a certified and experienced personal trainer with the YMCA and the ISSA, specializing in functional fitness and body transformation. She is also a well-loved group fitness instructor at Energie EnCorps who teaches Cardio Baladi and Body Sculpt. You will love her!
