Looking for a safe, gentle, and joyful way to stay active and connect with others? Join us for a free Chair Yoga Connections Open House, specially designed for adults who may benefit from gentle, supportive movement, including seniors, adults with mobility challenges, and their companions or caregivers.
Why Chair Yoga Connections is Unique:
This isn’t just about stretching or gentle movement – it’s about building connections, enjoying company, and feeling part of a community. We encourage participants to bring a friend, companion, or caregiver so they can share the experience, meet new people, and engage in meaningful social interaction. Socializing is essential for mental health and healthy aging – we all deserve to feel connected, supported, and joyful!

Dates: Fridays; January 30th, February 6th, February 13th, February 20th, February 27th, March 6th, March 13th, March 20th, March 27th, April 3rd
Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm
Cost for 10 week series: $250 + taxes
Cost for Drop in Class: $30 + taxes
If you register with a another person (caretaker, friend or family member), you can both receive a 15% discount on the 10-week package.
What to Expect:
This welcoming, beginner-friendly session introduces you to Chair Yoga Connections – a gentle form of movement using the support of a chair to:
- Improve flexibility, joint mobility, and balance
- Boost circulation, energy, and overall wellness
- Ease tension and promote relaxation
- Support coordination and functional strength
Please note that our facility has elevators and is wheelchair accesible.

- Seniors and adults seeking gentle, adaptive movement
- Adults with limited mobility or recovering from injury
- People managing chronic conditions (arthritis, Parkinson’s, MS, etc.)
- Caregivers, friends, or companions who want to participate together
- Anyone curious about gentle, supportive movement
No experience needed – just wear comfortable clothing and come as you are!

Cancellation Policy for the 10-week series: We accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to the workshop and you will receive a full refund minus 10% of the original workshop fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop.
