Rock Your Asana Series: Sun Salutations

Sun Salutations – Breath, Alignment & Anatomy
Part 2 of the Rock Your Asana Series

Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) are the core of Ashtanga, linking breath with movement. In this session, we'll break down each posture and breath, focusing on alignment, anatomy, and the physical benefits of each posture. You'll learn how to flow smoothly between poses, refine your technique, and master transitions. We'll also introduce the vinyasa count to help synchronize breath and movement. By the end, you'll have the tools to practice Sun Salutations with confidence, precision, and ease. This fun, accessible workshop will deepen your understanding of the practice and help you flow with intention!
