Designed to help you demystify tensions and problems related to your shoulders, this workshop will provide lasting solutions through a mix of strengthening, mobility, and self-massage techniques. It's perfect for anyone who spends their days working at a desk, those with chronic back or shoulder tension, those with respiratory issues, and those looking to up their athletic game (think golf swing, tennis smash, or overhead squat!).


During this shoulder-focused yoga workshop, you'll discover how to unleash your shoulders' full potential by releasing overused muscles and strengthening those that are often overlooked. With simple and effective movements, you'll learn how to stabilize your shoulder joints while regulating your respiratory and nervous systems (parasympathetic for the win!). And the best part? 

This workshop is open to everyone (beginners included). No prior yoga experience is required. Book early as spots are limited.

This workshop will be in French. The teacher is bilingual so questions and discussions can be in both languages.

About Mimi Martel
Mireille (Mimi) Martel, Co-founder of Yogami Yoga and Movement Training School, creator of Yoga F(x), Yoga Tune Up® teacher trainer, and The Roll Model® Method (yoga balls) teacher. Driven by a deep desire to help others take control of their health, Mireille chose to pursue extensive studies in biomechanics and human physiology. She was the first in Quebec and the third in Canada to become a certified integrated Yoga Tune UpMD teacher. She also holds Yoga Alliance certifications in Hatha and Yin yoga, as well as multiple national and international training in therapeutic yoga (myofascial release/yoga balls, wall yoga, Iyengar yoga, etc.).
