Come join us for our Learn to Breathe: Pranayama workshop series with yoga teacher Melissa Mungiovi! Starting February 3rd, we'll be meeting on three Fridays from 12-1:30pm. This is the perfect lunchtime activity to help you relax and rejuvenate. And if you can't make it in person, the workshops will also be available online. No yoga experience is required - all you need is the ability to breathe!
