Prices do not include applicable taxes.
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All class packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, and cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.
Pre-registration is required for all classes and can be completed via our website or mobile app.
Class packages are activated on the date of your first scheduled class.
Cancellation Policies
EnergiePASS Membership
A minimum commitment of four payments is required. Cancellation may be requested after the fourth payment by submitting a cancellation request form.

Classes
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the start of class. You may cancel through the Mindbody app or by calling (514) 505-9642.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class.
For EnergiePASS (unlimited) members, a $5 late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Insurance Receipts
Official receipts are provided for all therapeutic sessions. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and eligibility for reimbursement.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance via the Énergie EnCorps app, our website, or by phone at (514) 505-9642.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.
A confirmation email or text will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Gift Certificates
Popular gift items include class and massage combos, monthly unlimited passes or customized dollar gift certificates that can be used for any services or products in our retail store carrying yoga mats and accessories, locally made jewelry, natural body products and inspirational books on health and wellness.
Gift certificates may be purchased online or you may drop by the studio to pick up a physical certificate and envelope.
