Combining her talents as a teacher, therapist, and yogi, Anne’s practice offers a space where you can tap into the power of community and create the space to allow for greater learning and joy. She shares her experience with a gentle touch, accompanying you at your rhythm.
Anne's journey into Chair Yoga began from a desire to bring the benefits of yoga to her clients when working in a clinical setting serving seniors with neurodegenerative illnesses, individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury, and those facing mobility issues. Her workshops are designed not only for Yoga Teachers but also for healthcare professionals seeking to integrate Chair Yoga into their practice. Each module of Anne's workshop series is meticulously crafted to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt yoga practices for diverse populations.
Anne currently lives in Pointe-Claire, Quebec where she shares her life with her two sons, husband, and Maïna, her beautiful 3-legged Husky.
