Be Fit Be Strong (Fall 2022)

Énergie Encorps is looking for 4 enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to participate in our semi-private training program. 
Join us for 5 weeks and work with our personal trainer, Elisa! Take advantage of the opportunity to work one-on-one time with a personal trainer.  Receive personalized attention and a program catered to your specific needs. 
Initial evaluations include:
  • postural assessment 
  • range of motion analysis
  • lifestyle tracking (nutrition and food diary)
This is a great chance to work on your own objectives while being surrounded by like-minded individuals.  Motivate and encourage one another to get fit together!
Learn how to train smart and how to utilize your time in the most effective manner. Your sessions are also the perfect time to be curious and ask questions and truly learn together.
All fitness programs will use studio equipment only.  (Hand weights, elastics, gliders, TRX and body weight)
About Ema
Ema is a certified and experienced personal trainer with the YMCA and the ISSA, specializing in functional fitness and body transformation. She is also a well-loved group fitness instructor at Energie EnCorps who teaches Cardio Baladi and Body Sculpt. You will love her!
About Elisa
Elisa is a certified personal trainer with the YMCA and F.I.T.T. with 11 years of experience in personal training! Changing peoples lives is Elisa’s mantra, to share the love of creating the best version of you there is. She is one of our amazing Energie EnCorps fitness instructors who teaches our Booty Burn and Arms and Abs classes!
Tuesdays with Ema
Dates: September 20th - October 18th
When: Tuesdays, 5:00-6:00pm
Cost: $175 for 5 sessions
No refunds or exchanges for missed sessions.
Thursdays with Elisa
Dates: November 3rd-December 1st
When: Thursday's, 7:00-8:00pm
Cost: $175 for 5 sessions
No refunds or exchanges for missed sessions.
Please sign up for just one of the days (either Tuesdays or Fridays). There is no switching between the days.
